About payments via credit cards

Good news for our non-russian users, especially from USA: now you can pay for addons via credit card without troubles (probably ). Please, tell us, is it work correctly, just in case we need confirmation, that there are no restrictions for this or that country (as it was previously).

Looks like the system to pay for addons for non-Russian countries has changed and now you need to add your phone number and after that you're supposed to get an sms with some code but it hasnt come yet and I can't finish the transaction. Can you please fix it or change it back to the previous version as that one worked perfectly well, not even sure why you've changed it to this.
