Здравствуйте. Решила продлить себе BuffAnnounce. Оплатила счет (см. в прикрепленном файле). Файл скачать

не могу. Ваша ссылка на скачивание БА отправляет на страницу, где можно только Купить или Продлить заново.

Но я уже оплатила. Где мой файл?
