Деньги списались, но аддон не скачивается.  Все происходит так, как будто он не оплачен.

В интерфейсе сайта не могу даже найти кнопку платежи, как было раньше

В поддержку напишите более подробно, потому что я вижу оплаченный счет у вас.

Переходите в аддоны или на страницу аддона - и там увидите ссылки теперь.
