Just checked and it works as intended. You can't make font smaller for now. So buttons work like this: default - sets all settings to those that come in fresh addon, ok - saves your current settings as in settings window, cancel - reverts you to settings you had before opening settings window, apply - saves your current settings in settings window without closing it (so same as ok but you don't close window and can test more options and revert with cancel if you don't like them), X - works same way as ok Только что проверил и все работает как задумано. Some temporary fix for you. You can set it like here, as map name add labirynth name you are in (I believe they have 3 separate names). Use /aa map to see name. When you add it, it shouldn't leave on those set maps.

Есть возможность установить специальный пресет, который используется независимо от формата и оборудован на указанных картах. Нажмите кнопку для доступа к настройкам. Please give me more information. Does this happen when someone whispers you? Are you playing on English language? What are your settings? Everything is based on events so it can't be fully random.

Replace this file, it should force English version if any other then eng_eu or rus is detected. ItemTimeInfo.luac

You would probably need developers unpacking and packing tool for textures and then hack game.version file or simply try to replace file when game is loading into ram. Maybe there are other ways, I'm not really an expert on Allods engine. Other thing is actions like that would break license agreement so ban is likely option.
