Аналогичен аддону PaneLocker, но размещает кнопочку на AOPanel.

Добавляет специальную кнопку на AOPanel, для Блокирования/Разблокирования перетаскивания иконок на панели действий. Это спасает от случайных перемещений иконок заклинаний, которое иногда случается во время щёлканья мышью по иконкам в бою :)

Требуется установленный аддон AOPanel:

A replacement for PaneLocker addon, that puts a button on the AOPanel instead.

This addon adds a special button on AOPanel to Lock/Unlock action bar icons. This prevents you from accidental icons dragging while clicking spell icons during a fight :)
